We have always been leaders in the industry with our Next Day delivery service to ensure we can get our products out to you as fast as we can. We ensure that due to the fragility of some of our products, we take extra special care in the packing of our products to ensure they arrive to you in great condition. Our order cut off time is 3pm Monday - Friday for same day processing on items that are in stock.

Weekend orders will be processed and Dispatched on Monday unless it is a bank holiday then it will be Tuesday.

For items not in stock Lighting At Home will normally deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days

Please note our courier DHL, Parcelforce & Hermes require a signature for all deliveries therefore customers will need ensure someone is present at the delivery address on the agreed delivery day, We will send confirmation of delivery the day before delivery and Interlink will send time slot confirmation on the morning of delivery providing mobile number is present on your order.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched along with the tracking number and courier used.

We advise you book a qualified electrician to fit the lights once the goods have been received and not prior to this. We cannot be held responsible for any charges from electricians if goods arrive later than expected.
