First used this company a few day ago - order arrived today one item badly damaged, and as required reported it using their internal contact nextwork, within 20 mins a phone from the company with apologies and reasurance that the item had been reordered.
If only all companies dealt with concerns this quickly.
Will reuse this company again.

An excellent level of customer service. You took the time to telephoned me and confirm details of my address rather then assume; you delivered three days after confirming the order.
The ceiling lights were not only packed well inside the box but you also put separate packaging outside the original box. Thank you for caring about what you do. It has taken me months of searching to find ceiling lights liked but what has made the whole thing perfect is the quality of your customer service. Feb 2010

One of the very good reliable internet sites. A great pleasure to deal with them. Very professional and quick. Solid advice, excellent staff (especially Sanjay), and they use a good, reliable carrier. We had a problem when one of the lights came incomplete (not their fault) which Sanjay resolved within the hour. With a huge range of products at excellent prices, and next day delivery if in stock, why look anywhere else?

What a fantastic service!!
I order some lights from NFD at the begining of December conatantly being told they were being manufactured, after nearly 2 months getting nowhere and with my confidence low I gave up on them.
I contact these guys and told them which lights I was after I was told they would have to order them but no payment would be taken prior to them actually having them. Thats exactly what they did 3 days later they dispatched the lights and took payment with me receiving them next working day.
A great company with honest and trustworthy guys working there

The Diyas range ordered was absolutely stunnning when unpacked and installed. The overall lighting got a positive response from friends and family and it really created a beautiful atmosphere, in time for Christmas.
My son calls the chandeliers-'Christmas
lamps' and wanted the honour of switching them 'on'.
We'll certainly order from you again!

Wow !!!what a fantastic selection of stylish, quality lights. My initial quest for contemporary, quality 'switched' (NOT EASY TO FIND) wall lights (Alpha) resulted in me ordering 23 light fittings !! & 1 socket for us & family( Seraphim - classy & elegant. Sisco - very modern, eye catching statement pieces. Alpha - ordered 13 variations of table, wall & ceiling - funky & bold (chunky crystal). I can't praise you enough, especially Sanjay for all his help & advice; nothing was too much trouble. One order did take a more 'amusing' delivery route, but Sanjay & Mark swiftly rectified the situation- very reassuring to know that you can order with confidence.
